Cancellation Policy

Merkaba Center for Healing Policy Reminders: 1. Merkaba Center for Healing, LLC will apply a $75 flat-rate fee to all sessions canceled 24 hours or less from your appointment. If you must cancel after the cancelation window, please email kendra@merkabacenterforhealing.com and anticipate the cancelation fee. 2. If you are 30 minutes late to your appointment, your session will be canceled, and you will be charged the total rate. If you are running late and know you will arrive after the 30-minute grace period, please do not call or text and ask to be seen for the remaining portion of the session. 3. Merkaba Center for Healing, LLC will add a $5 credit card processing fee to all credit card payments. 4. If you have purchased a package with specific weekly Zoom sessions and miss one, you will not get to make up for the missed session and will not be reimbursed any monies. Please remember that Kendra Bratherton is a solo practitioner with limited admin support. Kendra values personal connection and strives to maintain communication with their clients, but she cannot navigate last-minute scheduling changes.  Thank you!
